We began this adventure in the ostrich business in 1994 by purchasing our first pair of birds, excited to learn everything possible of this new healthier alternative red meat! We are located in Southern Illinois on 40 acres, and today you will find approximately 350-400 birds roaming our grounds. We continue to grow every year by always learning the newest and best ways to raise premium quality birds. Our family stays busy year round with farm work, selling products, and promoting ostrich at St. Louis area farmers markets. It's a family business that keeps everyone busy!
